Having practiced yoga for many years on and off, Sara was initially drawn to teach yoga after experiencing first hand through pregnancy and birth that beyond the physical aspects of yoga existed a deeper layer of awareness to enrich and empower other areas of her life.

Bloom is the culmination of Sara's desire to empower, educate and inspire individuals and the broader community in Perth's Northern Suburbs through yoga both on and off the mat.
Her vinyasa classes are creative, fun, playful and often times challenging, allowing students the opportunity to step away from their yoga 'comfort zone' and experience yoga from a different perspective. Having small class sizes allows Sara to personalise each class where she interweaves sense of humour with her own yoga journey and life experiences.
As a mother, Sara truly believes that through her practice she has become more aware of the preciousness and transient nature of each moment.
