General Yoga
Due to the busy and hectic lifestyles we lead today it can be difficult to live ‘mindfully’, take a moment to relax and settle to sleep at night.Yoga enables the opportunity to silence the mind, move into stillness and truly arrive in the present moment. Through the strength and power of postures: Asana, breathe work: Pranayama and Meditation, yoga can take a hold of you transforming mind, body and spirit.

Pre natal yoga
I am passionate about teaching prenatal yoga and love sharing the journey with mums and mums to be. My classes include visualisations, breathing techniques, positive birthing affirmations; with the opportunity to prepare the body and a focus on the mind and spirit; to support the transformation from woman into mother.
In addition, there are challenging elements in my class for strengthening with the overall focus one of nurturing for both mum and baby. Pregnancy is the perfect time to rejuvenate, nourish and move into stillness.

Motherhood is such a precious moment in time, yet it is often easy to get caught up in the ‘doing’ with all the endless tasks which need to be completed. Mums and bubs yoga offers you an hour in your week to let go, seize the moment and truly arrive in the present. Promoting a time to bond and interact with bub, as well as a chance to restore your mind, body and spirit.

About Sarah Jade
For as long as I can remember I have felt strongly connected to yoga. Over the years I have practised yoga driven by love. I wasn't aware of the power of yoga until I faced difficult circumstances in my life and my drive became one more out of need than love.
I am blessed to have been able to complete my yoga teaching qualification whilst pregnant. Pregnancy for me was truly a magical journey, (despite the typical pregnancy symptoms). Throughout this time I embraced the opportunity to connect with my; breath, body and baby. I felt incredibly bonded to baby Tom well before he entered this world and this was partly due to my regular pre natal yoga practise.
Pre natal yoga was invaluable to me in awakening my innate birthing power and wisdom.... Through labor; connecting with my breath became my life line! Throughout motherhood, yoga has instilled within me a sense of patience, calm and the ability to trust my instincts.
