I am a practitioner of Remedial Massage, Naturopathic Nutrition and Western Herbal Medicine. I have also trained as a counsellor and use these skills in my clinical practice to support people to move through change.

My Massage training encompasses the latest in Remedial Techniques from Europe and I specialise in lower bad and neck and shoulder problems. I also offer a Corporate Chair Massage service to businesses both within the CBD and suburbs.

As a natruopath, I am passionate about educating people around how foods impact their health as well as motivating and inspiring people to reclaim their power around food choices. My fields of specialisation are stress related issues and digestive issues.

Naturopathy and Remedial Massage consultations are claimable on your private health insurance. Corporate Chair Massage is a tax deduction for business.
