I have practised Chinese Medicine for 25 Years. I started BnH (Bing’s Natural Health) in Albert Park in 1997. Our practitioners at BnH share same values on health and services. It incorporates lovely body stretches and firm pressure applied to specific points of the body to ease tight knots, aches and pains.
It is generally performed without any oil application, therefore wearing loose comfortable clothing is recommended. Have a session with me: a shiatsu session can leave you feeling refreshed, energized and relaxed.
