Patricia is an Expressive Therapist and Educator and operates private counselling practices in Mount Martha and Mount Eliza. The foundation of her work is Expressive Therapies – a blend of personal growth, counselling and psychotherapy methods which support emotional healing, personal wellbeing and skill development.

Having been trained in a number of modalities Patricia is able to use techniques that are best suited to the individual, couple or family and their particular goals or concerns.

As a qualified early childhood and yoga teacher Patricia has a special interest in the development of emotional resilience, emotional regulation and assistance with learning and behavioural problems. She has also worked extensively with adolescents and adults and has a particular interest in all forms of relationship counselling especially family therapy.

Patricia is skilled in running psycho-educational and self-care groups and offers one on one supervision for counsellors as well as group supervisory sessions. She offers private, confidential face to face counselling in safe environments and is available for telephone counselling.

Single sessions, short interventions (6-8 sessions) to on-going work are available. Patricia believes that a healthy mind/body connection is essential for life skills and learning. Patricia Elizabeth Reilly has appointments available in Mount Martha and Mount Eliza, Victoria.
