Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage treatments with Beth may include a mixture of Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Sports Massage Techniques. This will be determined by your treatment objectives and which techniques your body responds well to.

There are options of 60 minute or 90 minute appointments available.

Massage does not have to be painful. The concept 'no pain, no gain' does NOT apply. Everyone has a different response to pressure and at times our bodies will respond differently to pressure. We suggest that part of a treatment may have a slight discomfort to be effective, although it is always up to the client to choose what pressure if preferrable for them.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage appointments are available. These appointments are 1 hour and safe techniques for pregnancy will be used. During these treatments the client will be side lying and supported with towels for comfort.

Can I Claim a Rebate From My Private Health Fund?

Yes. We are covered by all Australian private health funds and have a HICAPS machine onsite so you will only pay the gap at your appointment.
