REMEDIAL MASSAGE

Remedial Massage treats pathological problems, pains and dysfunction through assessment, treatment and self-management techniques. It assists in rehabilitation after injury. It helps prevent further injury and increases range of motion. Remedial Massage is recommended for back and neck pain, headaches, referred pain, overuse injuries, postural complaints, joint injuries, work related and activity related pain and injury.

SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports Massage is on-going management designed to enhance an athlete's peak sporting performance, decrease and prevent the risk of injuries, increase healing of injuries and improve flexibility. Sports Massage is suitable for both low profile and highly active elite athletes.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

Relaxation Massage incorporates the values of caring and sensitivity to enhance healing, reduce stress and anxiety and to balance mind and body. The ambience of the room is enhanced with relaxing music and soft lights. Relaxation Massage relieves tension and soreness, while improving vitality and wellness.

1.5 Hour Massage Treatment: $110
