We have 14 classes available per week, each class is 50 minutes long. You can also take advantage of 1:1 classes to hone the Pilates practice and also have a corrective exercise program to take home! All of our Pilates instructors are also part of Myotherapy and Remedial Massage team who are qualified and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Pilates principles. Each class is limited to 4 participants, which means that the classes can be tailored and modified for individual needs and goals.
