Holistic Counselling
Holistic counselling is different from counselling. Rather than just treating the symptoms, holistic counselling looks deeper to under the root cause of your feelings, thoughts and behaviour.
At Be In Harmony, we use a highly personalised approach. Your therapist gets to know you for the unique person you are. Then a complete individualized plan is developed to meet your specific needs and goals
Your therapist will use a holistic approach working with mind, body, emotions, and spirit. A combination of therapies will be utilized during your sessions. This may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy, and Energy Healing.
Your sessions will be 1 hour long, in person or online. Sessions are available either as a single session or 3 and 6 session packages.
Holistic Counselling will help you to:
