Reiki

This method involves tapping with fingers on specific meridian points on the hands and upper body. Thought field therapy is beneficial for the natural and rapid healing of negative emotions. It can help you to manage your anxiety, depression, stress, anger, guilt, trauma, grief. Thought Field Therapy is an effective therapy to remove blocks and reach your full potential.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy works with both body and mind practices. Your therapist will customise a program that can include relaxation techniques, yoga postural breathing exercises, and meditation. Yoga therapy can help with emotional healing, developing more self-confidence, managing and overcoming fear, and improving your relaxation and balance.

Meditation
