Tuesday Mornings
General Class (9:00am) - This class is suitable for almost everyone. It concentrates on giving the whole body a good stretch, including learning the "Daily 5” – stretches for a mobile and healthy spine. It incorporates some leg and core strength work for optimum back health & overall sense of well-being.
Spinal Health & Keeping Young (10:30am) - suitable for individuals who are beginning to notice a little bit of a decline in flexibility and less grace in their movements. Also for those individuals who are recovering from any kind of injuries. This gentle class places a large emphasis on the importance and effectiveness of stretching comfortably. This class is run at a comfortable pace and has a greater emphasis on using props such as chairs, bolsters & balance sticks. Focusing on regaining functional movement, awakening the shoulders, hips and enhancing ones balance.
Wednesday Nights
Beginner Class (6:15pm) – This is the class for most people unfamiliar with Stretch Therapy or Jack’s classes. You will be shown the fundamentals of stretching in an effective and safe manner using proven methods to enhance flexibility & ones that will allow you to move more gracefully. Learn the "Daily 5” and more to get your body feeling great and keep it that way.
Advanced Class (7:20pm) - This class is for YOU, if you have completed a course of the Beginner or General classes. It includes some deep and at times technical stretching with a lot of work with a partner to get the most from your stretch. Includes more intense core strengthening and moves at a faster pace than the other classes. *If you have experience in Pilates, Yoga or other Body movement then this could be for you* - Talk to Jack
Thursday Mornings
General Class - Intermediate (9:00am) - This class is suitable for most people. It is very similar to the Tuesday general class although it may move a little quicker and contain some "trickier" stretching.
Retreats
Each Winter Jack runs a winter escape retreat on the beautiful tropical paradise island of Gili Air, Indonesia.
Join us in one of the most relaxing places on Earth to learn to stretch safely and effectively with self-treatment methods that you can treat yourself with when you get back home. In a nutshell learning how to get your body healthy and well, and keep it that way with your own maintenance.
