Nutrition & Dietetics is about achieving optimal health through the variety of foods that we eat.
Kelly is a university qualified nutritionist | Dietitian with an holistic approach to nutrition, health & wellbeing. Kelly prefers to follow the Health At Every Size (HAES)®, non-diet approach to nutrition therapy, which encompasses a non-diet approach to health via mindful & intuitive eating, joyful movement, stress management, and body acceptance regardless of body weight or shape.
Kelly also has a special interest in maternal nutrition & women's health, and can provide guidance on a range of topics including:

The clinic is located in the arcade between the fire station and Strachans Pharmacy on Alma Rd, opposite the General Roberts Hotel. Look for the signs on the front of the building, just near the traffic lights. There is ample parking in nearby carparks and local streets. The clinic is situated on the ground floor, allowing easy access.
