BEACHFRONT FITNESS

I started Beachfront Fitness with a desire to create a community of active ladies interested in supporting each other in their journey to be the best version of themselves.

At Beachfront Fitness I want to make it easy for you to take a "Total Wellness" approach to your life: focusing on Energising your BODY & MIND by making healthy decisions about exercise, natural whole foods, relaxation, socialising and being grateful everyday!

Have you ever felt intimidated or uncomfortable going to a Gym?
I understand how it feels, this is why I created this space for women to come and exercise and be encouraged, motivated and feel connected in the community. Whether it's in my Private Gym or as part of group at the park.

I look at strategies to combat these issues including Stress management, nutrition, sleep and of course choosing the correct type of exercise to keep you active and connected in the community.

SERVICES


STUDIO GYM

Beachfront Fitness has a private gym, or we can take your fitness outdoors to the park.
The gym is equipped with all you need to complete a strength or cardio workout.
You can tailor your fitness to fit into your week, schedule anything from a 30 minute, 45 minute or 1 hour PT session with a group session and a yoga class to get your 30 minutes of exercise everyday.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Everyone needs a little push from time to time.
Whether you need motivation to reboot your health and fitness regime or would like guidance on getting started, I can help you.
Perhaps you feel intimidated in a commercial gym, come check out the Beachfront Fitness Studio.
Join an affordable small group PT session or bring some friends to create your own group to workout with. Give me a call to get started now!
