I’m Leigh Morrison, and I’m a Transition Coach. I assist people discover what they truly want to do with their lives, in order to live with meaning and purpose. This often coincides with what they do for work or if they’re going through a major transitional phase like pregnancy, where they want to make change in some way. Coaching also works well in the corporate sector, and a lot of the work I do is with brands and businesses too.
Often people just need a good companion to help make a shift. I’m someone to bounce ideas off, who encourages self-learning, who supports change and will keep you focused.
What is transformational coaching?
It is a powerful alliance designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process of human learning, effectiveness, and fulfillment. A transformation occurs when you determine who you want to be, and how you’re going get there. Taking action is the way to create positive change.
It is about looking at your life and decisions from a different perspective – seeing things you’d previously not thought possible. It is motivational, is based on experiential learning, and helps you become more accountable. It will help you re-evaluate priorities, set boundaries and redefine success.
Coaching uses a variety of methods and techniques. The process is simple to grasp, yet challenges you. It will support you to take care and inspire your life in healthy ways. It addresses your experiences from a mental, emotional, behavioural, and spiritual level, to gain a holistic view.
Coaching is a diverse area and platform to implement different ways of change. I work with a lot of my Clients one-one-one, however I also work with businesses and brands. I can consult, or host workshops across a whole range of themes. I am an online blogger and writer, and I can prepare bespoke coaching modules and training. I work with businesses and brands on ways to define and express their values, or I can develop people plans to get the best out of your employees and enhance organisational culture.
