Remedial Massage

Massage table based work. Draping and nice pure natural balms with essential oils are being used. The approach is gentle but firm.

This work includes approaches such as:
- Deep tissue massage,
- Relaxation massage
- Sports, Swedish and postural techniques and approaches,
- Trigger point therapy,
- Myofascial release.

Traditional Thai massage

This is a completely different style of session. Traditional Thai yoga massage is done fully clothed on a comfortable floormat. The techniques include stretching, compression, passive movement. Some people refer to this as yoga for lazy people. It is a nice way to get stretched and to get some relaxation. It is only available as a 2hr session. When booking please state you want this in order to prevent errors.

Remedial massage:
-60 minutes: $   85
-90 minutes: $ 125

Thai Yoga Massage (Standard is 2-hour mat work)
-90 minutes $ 125
-120 minutes: $ 160
