Remedial massage techniques identify and treat the cause of musculoskeletal dysfunction. This involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including the tendons, muscles, fascia, and ligaments. Our experienced therapists palpate the client’s body to assess the condition of the tissues and the likely source of pain so to best work out the best kind treatment required. Additionally, Deep Tissue Massage (DTM) techniques are used to work on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and alleviate chronic muscle tension.
