What is massage?
Massage is the manipulation of skin, muscle and connective tissues of the body encouraging relaxation and the release of built-up toxins. Massage techniques include kneading, shaking, friction, percussion, stroking, gliding applied with hands, elbows, forearms, feet or tools.

How often should I receive a massage?
It all comes down to affordability and availability.

However, fortnightly to weekly is ideal if there is a specific problem and massage is not a contraindication.
