Sarah has a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy, is founder of Balance Massage Services and is a registered Sports Trainer. Sarah is a highly competent therapist in all aspects of Remedial Massage techniques. Her holistic approach, analytical mind and caring manner get great results.

Sarah’s main focus is helping her clients achieve an overall wellness by being open and honest, discussing realistic treatment plans and recommending options to achieve this result. Her techniques have helped many clients with chronic and acute muscular pain, postural imbalances and injuries.

One specialist area that Sarah loves, is working in pre and post pregnancy care.

She has worked with many women and helped them through the bodily changes that all mum’s to be face. Having had a baby herself, she understands the pains that some women can face before and after the baby arrives.

Sarah has a vast amount of sports massage experience having worked with football players, netball players, professional boxers and many more sporting enthusiasts.

Our aim is to develop individual treatment plans to give you relief from the symptoms you are experiencing and to correct dysfunction and postural imbalances. This may take more than one treatment and may require you to do some homework. Rest assured, at Balance Massage your health and well-being is our utmost priority.

Your appointment will always start with a short consultation and usually a postural and functional assessment, to determine the most suitable treatment plan for you. It is important to establish the cause of pain, symptoms, or muscle dysfunction. Treating symptoms alone, can give temporary relief, but it’s often the case that your symptoms will return, without much progress in your health.

60 min appointment – $86
45 min appointment – $71
30 min appointment – $56

Rebates are available for all remedial and sports treatments if you have Extras on your Health Insurance which covers Remedial Massage Therapy. If you are unsure if your Health Insurance covers remedial massage, we suggest that you contact your Provider.

Paying for your treatment is easy. We accept cash, credit or debit card using our HICAPS terminal. If you have a health fund we can process your Health Insurance claim automatically on the day of treatment.

It’s our aim to make it easy and affordable to maintain your optimum health. We understand life sometimes gets busy, so we’d ask that if you need to cancel an appointment you give us a minimum of 6 hrs notice. Cancellations of less than 6 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $35.
