About Us

Kate has completed an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy (covering western herbal medicine and nutrition) and is a member of Complementary Medicine Associated (CMA). Furthermore, Kate has also completed a Bachelor of Science Degree (with honours) and been the manager of a corporate Health, Safety and Environment team for over a decade.

This wealth of study allows Kate to use her skills and is constantly up to date with the latest scientific findings and uses these with her naturopathic principles to treat the entire individual. Concentrating on ill health, as opposed to just the symptoms, the underlying cause of the issue can be addressed for long term health. Rather than just putting a lid on the boiling pot, we aim to turn off the stove.
