Alex grew up in Coffs Harbour and has spent most of his early career spent in well-established practices with brilliant osteopaths in Sydney’s northern beaches. Recently resettling in his hometown after travelling for a few years, he brings his experience practicing osteopathy in a wide variety of cultural contexts to the region

As an osteopath and a lifelong student, Alex’s passion and commitment is to combine diagnosis and treatment to empower his clients with insights and knowledge about their body and deepen their understanding. Treatment is his main speciality, but the point of different is his firm belief that ultimately each individual is on their very own and specific healing journey and can always learn a great deal more about how their body works and how they use breath, movement, exercise, and yoga to improve their wellbeing and health safely. He has an interest in treating women throughout pregnancy, children, babies, seniors, headaches sufferers, postural strains, hands and feet, lifestyle and sporting injuries, and supporting client’s pre and post-surgery.
