About Me

Ayu Igarashi is a naturopath with special interest in pain management, emotional wellbeing and anti-ageing. Ayu graduated with a Bachelor of Naturopathy at Nature Care College in Sydney.

Ayu treats pain from the body and mind. Help to find the cause and assist to remove it. Conditions that Ayu successfully removed the pain was spinal stenosis, frozen shoulders, trigeminal neuralgia, headache, tummy pain, back pain, muscle pain.

Ayu is a good listener, understands kids mind and assist them to overcome patients weak point with flower remedies.
Ayu teaches how to live younger by facial muscle training, facial lymphatic massage, TaiChi and nutritionla advice.
