What Is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a traditional form of primary health care that places emphasis on using natural methods and medicine to prevent and correct disease, utilising the bodys innate healing capabilities to evoke cure.

Treatments are individual, and focused on using naturopathic diagnostic tools and gentle natural remedies to remove the underlying cause of disharmony or disease.

Physical, mental and emotional aspects of your health are all taken into account in your treatment. My main treatment focus is on education, nutrition, herbal medicines & lifestyle counseling, and I apply a traditional holistic approach combined with up-to-date scientific knowledge.

Naturopathy can also play a very useful role in supporting or increasing the benefits of Orthodox medicical treatment. Naturopathy is not a magic bullet or quick fix. Although results may be felt within a few days of treatment, often the results are slower and longer lasting.

Naturopathy puts the health back in your hands, and is a wonderful adjunctive tool to conventional medicine health care.
