About Lauren

Lauren was inspired from a young age to discover, learn about and experience new ways to enhance her quality of life and by extension, the lives of others. Lauren trains and certifies people in NLP, Matrix Therapies™ & Hypnosis, presents workshops and works with clients one-on-one, teaching them about the unconscious mind and endless potential we all possess.

Lauren is an internationally recognised NLP, Matrix Therapies™, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis trainer, and Master Practitioner in Archetypal Coaching™, Discovering Passion & Purpose & Your Quest Techniques. Lauren has been using these tools to empower others since 2005. She is the Vice Chair Person of the Governing Board of NLP for Australia and is a Full Member of IICT (International Institute of Complementary Therapists).

Newly married after 10 years in a relationship with her life partner, Lauren has introduced a new range of tools especially for new wives or women who would like to put the 'spark' back into their marriages. Lauren's goal is to help married women to feel empowered and adored.
