I am a degree qualified naturopath, scientist, researcher, massage therapist and health enthusiast.

I have a special interest in digestive health, allergies, mental disorders and environmental medicine, however I have confidence to address any health concerns with holistic insight.

I use a wide range of naturopathic assessments to gather a full picture of illness and adequately identify the root cause of disease. I examine body signs and symptoms including nails, tongue, hair, eyes and looks at medical history and lab results. My inquisitive scientific mind combined with a compassionate and empathic nature allows me to understand patients on a biochemical, emotional and spiritual level.

I believe that correct diagnosis is a great starting point to alleviate physical symptoms, however powerful and long lasting healing can only occur with integration of the body, mind and spirit.

My prescriptions include herbal medicines, nutritional supplementations, flower essences, homeopathics, dietary and life style advise. My root-cause approach provides succinct and targeted advice to take the patient from illness to wellness with the least cost, time and effort possible.
