With oils, balms and music to complement your massage, we can create a comfortable, healing environment. If you would like to use your own oils etc., or if we can tailor your treatment to suit you, please let your therapist know.
Remedial massage therapy focusses on reducing pain and helping the body to remedy itself. This is done using a range of techniques, including sports, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, myofascial, thermotherapy and Swedish (relaxation) massage which ties the remedial aspects together. Gentle techniques can also be very effective, so if you are sensitive soul don't worry, you can still enjoy the benefits!

If you would like a massage therapist to come to your place of work, event or business please call or email to arrange a meeting.
For your home treatment all you will need is a bathrobe (not vital but makes getting on and off the table easier) and an area of at least 3 x 3m. Besides the massage table and linens, I have a range of balms, oils and music to tailor your massage experience. If you have your own oils etc. that you would like to use, please let your therapist know.
