About Me

After close to three decades working in a corporate environment, my body was showing the signs of fatigue caused by extended hours of sitting at the desk and working at a desk. I was experiencing a sore lower and upper back, neck, RSI, and frequent tension headaches. These all led me on a journey to discover a solution that would enable me to live freely and without pain. I had tried several techniques, but it was the introduction of the Alexander Technique that would change my life forever.

The pain I was experiencing was relieved and I was even able to return to my long-time passion of ballroom dancing. After experiencing the results firsthand, I made the decision to continue my relationship with the Alexander Technique by undertaking fulltime study at the Melbourne School for FM Alexander Technique Studies. I now have a private practice in the South East suburb of Bentleigh East, specialising in posture, injury prevention, balance, and movement.
