I help people locally and worldwide to "Transform Their Wellness" through Personalised Health/Wellness/Lifestyle Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Movement, Body Work and coach them on how they can live their authentic self. It's about an integration in between the Body, Mind & Spirit.
I offer Remedial Massage, Reiki Healing, NST (Neurostructural Integration Technique) Raindrop Technique, Personalised Health/Wellness/NLP Coaching and Hypnotherapy, Pilates & an online program called Body Awakening Movement & online courses/programs.
As an Essential Oil Coach I also help people get started with Essential Oil so that they can live a healthier, toxic free life. I take an holistic approach to Wellness and integrate the Body, Mind & Spirit.
