If you'd like to learn how to apply meditate , then our 2-part meditation courses are for you. Here you will earn a number of different meditation techniques that you can apply regularly in your life to achieve amazing results. The Mantra Room at West End offers a vibrant mix of music styles combined with sacred yoga chant in a relaxed, enchanting atmosphere so for those searching after kirtan then you’ll love ‘The Mantra Room’ is for you. Live kirtan is held every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings. On Fridays and Sundays we offer an amazing vegetarian buffet and on Wednesdays a hot cup of chai and some delicious sweets. Bookings aren’t necessary to any of our meditation and all meditation programs are all free of charge, however donations are most welcome! If you'd prefer to join a guided group meditation to just chill out and relax, then you'll love our "Deep Peace" sessions which are held every Monday and Thursday 5.30-6.15pm and Tuesdays 11.15-12am. Here you just lie there and we'll guide you through a wonderful meditative journey to relax the body, calm the mind and sooth the soul.
