What Are Mysore Classes?
Mysore Yoga is a traditional style of Ashtanga Yoga, that was originally taught in Mysore, India. It is a simple, effective and ancient method of learning and practising yoga, that is suitable for people of all ages.
What Makes a Mysore Yoga Class Different?
Unlike other styles of yoga where you ‘take a class’, Mysore yoga works when the student is taught individually according to their own ability and skill level. This method is often referred to as ‘self practice’, making this type of yoga suitable for people of all ages - no matter their past experience with yoga. Beginners are also welcome to attend these classes and are taught individually by our instructor, who will give you one-on-one guidance and attention.

Morning Mysore Classes:
- Mon-Thurs: 6 – 11am
- Fri: 8am – 11am
- Sat: 8am – 11am
- Sun: 8am – 11am
Evening Mysore Classes:
- Mon, Tues, Wed: 5pm – 7:30pm
Prices
- Casual - $20
- Student - $10
- 8 Class Pass - $130 ( no expiry date )
- Monthly Unlimited - $150 ( strict expiry date )
- Student Monthly - $100
NOTE: Please choose your pass carefully as we offer pass extensions once per calendar year.
