Focus areas
I practice body, mind, and spirit modalities of counselling, recognising that you are unable to regain full health without appreciating that all aspects of the self may require integrative care. I share mindfulness, body and emotion focusing, creative arts therapy and narrative therapy. I am highly experienced when it comes to grief, trauma, loss, anxiety and depression. Throughout our sessions together I will provide you with alternative options for communication, whether that be through movement, written word, image making, music or Jungian dream appreciation. As we work closely together we will explore your felt experiences, internal world, life patterns and goals. At your own pace we may find transformational behaviours and thoughts whilst connection to your preferred lived experience.
Holistic Psychotherapy/Counselling and Transpersonal Art Therapy are amazing tools to empower personal discovery as they actively encourage a deep and an authentic connection to hidden or untapped components of our being.
