Art of life with Mairead

Mairead was an active member of a Mental Health Team in a Major City Hospital and has also worked in palliative care at Very Special Kids, alcohol and drug recovery. Mairead now specialises in Holistic Counselling Practices including Whole Body Focusing, Narrative Therapy, Creative Art Therapies, Mindfulness practice and Jungian dream working with in both a group and private setting.

As your practitioner I provide respectful and safe patient centred approaches to every session. I also encourage you to be open to experiencing new processes which may enable transformational personal wisdom to surface which will empower you to move away from feelings of being ‘stuck’ or ‘restricted’.
