Here you will be seen by an experienced and qualified Counsellor who has many years of working with couples, individuals and teenagers.  Working together, you will learn to develop self-awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours as you also learn to recognise and build on your inner strengths.
 
Anchoring Your Life Counselling is an accredited practice and Debra is a registered member of the Australian Counselling Association.
