In Private Life Coaching we will go through any area of your life that is not working correctly for you. This could be changing your reactions, fears, moods, relationships, phobias, addictions, fitness, health, or finances.

Time Line Therapy ® is about understanding where our past, present, and future is, in relation to the known NOW. Emotions of Sadness, Anger, Hurt, Fear, and Guilt, have a learned behaviour pattern that is attached to them and in some situations, the reaction is always the same. By using Time Line Therapy ® we are able to change the emotion surrounding an event from the past that has caused inappropriate behaviour or reactions in the now.
