Amusu Yoga is a well-balanced and structured practice.  Our yoga is committed to functional movement, stability and breath. You will be guided through a Vinyasa syle of practice which is personalised by each teacher's qualities of grace, humor, commitment and passion for their yoga.

Amusu Pilates is very personal, with each person led at their own pace and level. With a very strong foundational background in movmement and structure, our Pilates classes are designed for everyone in the class to improve posture and strength. It will also support some injuries.

Amusu Barre Fitness is a fun and energetic practice.  Our barre classes build on cardiovascular fitness with the grace of ballet and the strength of Pilates. Our barre classes are the MUST DO for summer, getting you ready for the beach look and feel!

The Amusu team are committed and dedicated teachers who enjoy their types of fitness, and love sharing their knowledge with the wider community. You will feel part of a team at Amusu, with the teachers and with the students.  It's a frendly and open studio that holds your good health as our number one vlaue.



Yoga

Amusu yoga is a well balanced mindful practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. Each teacher comes with their own authentic style whcih makes the classes diverse and interesting.

Pilates

Amusu offers a strong and dynamic Pilate's class. It is a personal goal based class. Which means the group is professionaly structured so that everyone is working to their own ablilty and need.

Barre

Amusu introduced Barre Attack into the studio in mid March 2014. Created by Renee Scott, Barre Attack is an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.
