I have explored all types of yoga and what I really love about it, is it is a holistic practice that nurtures your mind, body and soul. While it can be physical exercise, it is how it relaxes your mind and soul and brings you inner knowledge that is it's true gift. Non competitive, graceful and simple - yoga is available to everyone.


If you have never tried it, or want to spend an hour with me in a nurturing class, please come along or call to discuss. I do private classes on request.
