I am a passionate and dedicated Naturopath. I use a holistic approach, looking at every aspect of your body and health, together with the art and science of healing, to address and support the mind, body and spirit. I integrate a range of scientific based alternative and complementary therapies to prevent and treat disease, while promoting optimal health. I love empowering people to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.

I am a dedicated and proud mother of three beautiful children and have had a life full of nature and care, which has led me along the path to Naturopathy. As a child I was always drawn to plants and nature, and believed that they held a certain power and magic within their beauty.

I am open to help anyone in need, no matter what part of their life and specific ailments they present with. This includes helping babies, toddlers and older children, teens, young adults, middle age and older.

Whatever your health issue, I strive to do deliver the best care I can offer, using the most up to date research. When needed, I work together with other health professionals to provide completmentary care.  

As a Naturopathic Practitioner, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and Western medicine, while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Practitioner.
