About Lorena

I have been working with herbal medicine and nutrition therapy for over eleven years now. Early on in the piece, I began to see and understand a pattern of connection between the body (physical), mind (psychological) & spirit (energy). I began to see how an imbalance in one of them could, and often did, impact on other aspects of health and wellness. This began my quest to study a number of energy healing techniques which include:

• Bach and Bush Flower Remedies
• Reiki
• Pranic Healing

• Guided Healing meditations
• Perception Control Theory counselling.
• NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)

• Hypnotherapy

I now integrate these therapies into my practise based on what I feel my client needs, and what they are comfortable with. I will probably never stop learning as I love to discover new things. But most of all I love what I do, and I love to see the positive changes I make in people's lives. I am but a facilitator of health and wellness; you, the client get to do all the work. I guide to make changes that can bring about health and wellbeing. This is what I bring to my clients, my commitment to continue learning, my love of herbs and other natural therapies, and my desire to help people in need.
