About Me - Robert Maclay

I have 28 years of experience in study and practice in the health industry. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (China), Associate Diploma in Health Science (Massage Therapy), Certificate IV Disability work, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

I am registered in Acupuncture, and Chinese Medicine with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

Having lived and studied in China it showed me that Chinese medicine and Western medicine are very complementary. Most hospitals in China use both forms of medicine for many diseases and conditions. I also found with minimal lifestyle changes preventative medicine can be easily adopted into our western lifestyles. Preventative exercises can be practiced in the morning, at work, or in the evening whilst watching T.V. we can achieve the same here in Australia.
