A little bit about Alithea Health

Christina Ramo is the founder of Alithea in Adelaide, a response to her growing awareness of the need for people undertaking a counselling journey to feel a sense of belonging. Alithea is a dedicated healing destination, with opportunities for ongoing learning and development, and an integrated team of helping services created around individual needs.

Our specialist team includes Christina, Amber and Sherine - three counsellors committed to providing help and support to those in need. With this humanistic, client-centred approach, our practitioners walk alongside their clients with deep compassion and empathy, supporting them on their path to greater self-awareness and healing.

We take a holistic and collaborative approach to counselling, working with a variety of practices including Attachment Theory, Art Therapy, Gottman Relationships Counselling, Gestalt and psychodynamic therapies, and trauma informed care.

Together we have over a decade of experience in the field, and take pride in building a beautiful and welcoming space that feels like home. Our space is warm and free of judgement where you can simply be and share what's on your mind. The Alithea Way is built on solid ground with values of clarity, strength, honesty, growth and connection.
