These include Modern Clinical Hypnosis, Clinical Strategic Psychotherapy, Multi-channel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI / EMDR), Life Coaching, Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Counselling. 

What is most important about the service options available to you, is that there is no requirement for you to share any personal history to get a result. The processes (as mentioned above) deliver incredible and durable outcomes at a fast pace. All you need to do is to want the change; to be committed to the process!!

Appointments typically run for an hour, with the initial or first appointment taking up to 2 hours. This gives you, the client, time to meet with your therapist, share or clarify any details and eliminate any feelings of being rushed. Appointments are available both in person and online, ensuring access regardless of your location, or your commitments. We are legally bound to give full confidentiality to our clients, and as such, hold absolute discretion in all matters. 

Ahh Haa Hypnotherapy has affiliations with the peak body of hypnotherapy, the Hypnotherapy Council of Australia (HCA), the Guild of Australian Hypnotherapists (GoAH), and the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (ASCH). Additionally, Ahh Haa Hypnotherapy is affiliated with the International Strategic Psychotherapists Association (ISPA). 

Ahh Haa Hypnotherapy is affiliated with CORES (the Community Response to Eliminating Suicide), being a training program seeking to train people on the skills of understanding, detecting and eliminating suicide in their own communities.
