With twenty years in the fitness industry and thirty years combined experience in massage the team at Advanced Body Therapy have a wealth of experience.
Advanced Body Therapy works in conjunction with Chinese Medicine Therapies (Trent's business) We use our experience and knowledge of anatomy and bio-mechanics to treat painful conditions by identifying faulty postures and repetitive actions. We treat these issues with a combination of massage, acupuncture, stretching and strengthening exercises. This combination allows for long lasting results with reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
Our work in fitness and massage has lead us to participate with sports including most notably hockey and netball at state, national and international levels. We have also had the pleasure of massaging at the Sydney 200 Olympic and Paralympic games.
We are situated in Sydney's south west and are a full time business operating Monday to Saturday. Our hours are flexible to best accommodate your needs, so call early for your appointment times.
For the past five years we have taught certificate IV and diploma level massage therapy courses and various short courses through private and government organisations.
We pride ourselves on our work and provide top quality services with value for money.
