What is involved?

At Adelaide Natural Fertility, we recognise that every individual’s history/health is unique to themselves, and we treat accordingly. In your initial consultation, Michelle will take record of your reproductive and health history, assess nutritional status and diet, review your occupation, lifestyle, environmental and other factors, such as Endometriosis, PCOS, Semen issues or Hormonal imbalances, that could be potentially impacting your fertility and overall health.

If necessary Michelle will look over any test results available. If fertility and/or hormone testing has not yet been conducted, or if they are not up to date, then Michelle can arrange for new ones to be conducted. Other relevant testing, such as genetic tests, blood tests, and tests to assess nutritional status or for exposure to environmental toxins can be arranged as well. At follow up consultations, Michelle will work with you to highlight when you in your cycle you are most fertile, so that you can achieve a conception naturally (natural fertility) and will help to manage any other symptoms that you are dealing with. Our treatment programs concentrate on optimising your wellbeing and health, and may incorporate personalised dietary recommendations, herbal medicine, and nutritional supplements.
