Because he believes that everyone should be provided age-adjusted health and fitness plans, Heath created the Active & Ageless over 50s health club to help older adults lead a better quality of life. He is a massive advocate of the belief that exercise is medicine and that looking after one's own body allows them to enjoy a fulfilling life.
Tony Katsikas, Trainer
Tony has been passionate about health and fitness for the past 10 or so years. Although he turned 60 very soon, he never stopped being amazed at what the human body is capable of achieving at any age.
He continues to be passionate about working with the over-50s group to help them attain optimal health and live a quality life.
Dr Jordan Seib, Chiropractor
Passionate about helping people in their recovery, Dr Seib applies his chiropractic skills to Active & Ageless clients. His holistic treatments include dry needling, soft tissue work and adjustments, among others, to treat sports injuries, workplace injuries, postural issues, general aches and pains, and a variety of other health issues. His ultimate goal is to get your health back on track as quickly as possible.
