Women Empowering Women means that you will always know that you are supported, and not alone.
Our circle is a safe space where women are welcome to share their journeys, to heal their wounds, to release their blocks, and to cultivate peace, and tranquility in their daily lives.
Mimi will gently guide you to step into your personal power, and will lead you towards self-empowerment, and self-actualization by introducing different techniques which will lead you towards self-love, and genuine love for others.
This group is designed for women to support, and to respect one another.
Each monthly CIRCLE includes guided meditation.
What to bring: journal, pen, yoga mat, blanket, pillow to make yourselves comfortable.
Light refreshments will be provided.
