PSK Trammune® capsules contain concentrated extract from the medicinal mushroom Trametes versicolor, also known as Turkey Tail, Yun Zhi, Coriolus versicolor or Kawatake.

It has a long history of medicinal use, has been Prescribed in Japan for Decades and used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Centuries. 

The active material, called Trametes versicolor Proteoglycan Concentrate consists of a number of protein-bound polysaccharide macromolecules.  The Polysaccharide has Active Beta glucans containing 1-3  & 1-6 bond structures.

Our Proteoglycan Concentrate is extracted in a controlled environment using a specific Multi-Step Hot Water extraction process in a Certified Pharmaceutical Facility.  

In traditional use, the mushroom fruit body was boiled in water to make a mushroom tea.

After years of research The Modern Production method relies on extraction from mushroom cells grown in culture medium under optimum conditions to yeild a more pure and concentrated product with uniformity of content and characteristics.

Trammune® is available in a bottle of 90 capsules with each capsule containing 500mg Trametes versicolor proteoglycan concentrated extract. The concentrated extract provides a more consistent amount of active ingredient and should not be confused with the amount of raw mushroom from which the extract is derived. Each bottle is secured with two safety seals.

500mg Pure Extract with No Fillers or Extraneous Plant Material Added.  

The recommended dosage is 3-6 capsules per day divided between morning and evening or as prescribed by a health practitioner. The capsules are best taken 30 minutes prior to food.
