- 1 cup cacao powder
- 2-3 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 cup cacao butter
Method
Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler until melted. Take off the heat and slowly stir in the cacao butter. Once combined, stir in the honey. Pour into chocolate moulds or a lined baking tray and allow to set in the fridge. For best results, store in the fridge.
You can get creative and add just about anything to your chocolate from a dash of peppermint oil, vanilla essence to raspberries, crushed almonds.
