Jody Haywood from the Awareness Institute tells NTPagesTV that they have a range of courses on offer, from shamanism and meditation to astrology, to name a few—all aimed at raising self-awareness.
The following is a written transcription of the interview:
Natural Therapy Pages: I'm Mel from NTPagesTV, and I'm here with Jody from Awareness Institute and Clinic. How are you, Jody?
Jody Haywood: I'm very well. Thank you.
NTP: Good to hear. So, tell me a little bit about the Institute. How does it work?
JH: At the Awareness Institute, we run courses on meditation, shamanism, astrology, developing your intuition, developing your psychic ability, anything about developing your own personal empowerment and just having fun.
NTP: Oh, sounds great. And whereabouts are you located?
JH: We're in Crows Nest in Sydney.
NTP: Okay, lovely. So, there are quite a few different colleges and institutes out there. What would you say separates you from some of the other colleges?
JH: It's very experiential. So, it's not just about learning, you know, A plus B plus C. It's very hands-on, and we also see ourselves as a community, so as a centre where people can come together and share knowledge.
NTP: Yeah, that's lovely. So, your courses, I guess, they all run for different lengths of time. You have short courses, long courses.
JH: Absolutely. So it could be one day, it could be a weekend, it could be eight weeks, up to an 18-month diploma. Depends on what interests you.
NTP: And you also have a clinic. How does that work?
JH: Yeah, we have the Awareness Clinic. So, we run clinic sessions on Life Coaching, Counselling, Past Life Regression, just the things that can help you through your life and through your courses.
NTP: Okay, so you can come to the clinic, have a session, and then come to the Institute and learn all about it, yeah?
JH: Yeah, just things to support you as much as we can.
NTP: Beautiful. It sounds lovely. So, do you have a website that we can go to for more information?
JH: Yep, www.awarenessinstitute.com.au.
NTP: Okay, thank you so much for your time today, Jody, and good luck with the rest of the show.
JH: Thank you very much.
