Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Recipes Mangoes are summer’s best friend.  Refreshing and healthy, they are packed with vitamin C, A and bursting with antioxidants!  They are short lived in summer so are definitely a summertime must!
This home made mango ice cream is delicious, healthy and takes minutes to make.  It is creamy and sweet without added sugar.

Ingredients
350 g mango
2 frozen bananas
175g plain yoghurt
1-2 tbs honey, maple syrup or rice malt
 
Method
  1. Blend altogether for a minute until just mixed.  Be careful not to over mix so as not to spoil the consistency.
  2. Pop it into the freezer for an hour or so and then blend again for a minute.
  3. Once blended for the second time, the ice cream can be put into the freezer and served once frozen.
  4. This delicious ice cream can be served with grated organic dark chocolate for an extra special treat!
