This home made mango ice cream is delicious, healthy and takes minutes to make. It is creamy and sweet without added sugar.
Ingredients
350 g mango
2 frozen bananas
175g plain yoghurt
1-2 tbs honey, maple syrup or rice malt
Method
- Blend altogether for a minute until just mixed. Be careful not to over mix so as not to spoil the consistency.
- Pop it into the freezer for an hour or so and then blend again for a minute.
- Once blended for the second time, the ice cream can be put into the freezer and served once frozen.
- This delicious ice cream can be served with grated organic dark chocolate for an extra special treat!
