It is important to eat a diet rich in antioxidants in order to slow down the over production of free radicals within our bodies.
Berries are one of the richest food sources of antioxidants.
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups of berries (these can be strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a mixture)
- ½ cup of plain yoghurt
- ¼ cup of coconut milk
- 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
Instructions
- Mix together in a food processor until smooth.
- Serve as soon as possible and enjoy!
