Ingredients

Serves 2

  • ½ bunch kale, main vein removed and leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 large ripe banana, roughly chopped
  • 1 pear, peeled and roughly chopped
  • A generous handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 350ml coconut water (fresh or bottled)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. Drink immediately.
